Magician Criss Angel Rushed To The Hospital After Trick Went Wrong

Criss Angel was reportedly rushed to the hospital Friday night after passing out during his signature straitjacket escape trick. The incident occurred just minutes into the show. Angel was dangling upside-down over the stage, trying to break free of his straightjacket, when he suddenly went limp. Cast members then brought a stool on stage, untied Angel, and rushed him offstage. There was an intermission, and five minutes later it was announced that the show would be cancelled and all tickets would be refunded. According to TMZ, Angel was brought to the emergency room of Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, but was released the same night before 10 p.m.

Eddie Griffin: Master P Cut Me $1M Check For “Foolish” Script

Eddie Griffin: Master P Cut Me M Check For

http://www.vladtv.com – Eddie Griffin has experienced a lot of success during his career, but the famed comedian told us that his favorite film he’s done is “Foolish,” which was based on his life. Eddie also shared with VladTV how the film came together after he helped Master P during the start of his rap career by letting him be his opening act. The comedian revealed that his gesture led to Master P later offering to do a movie with Eddie and cutting him a million check for the film’s script.

While Eddie spoke about some of the highs during his career, he also spoke about his rough start, which included being homeless and “sleeping standing up” when he first landed in Los Angeles. Griffin explained that he juggled three jobs while waiting to break through in comedy, which happened after he caught the attention of Andrew Dice Clay during his set at The Comedy Store.

To hear more from Eddie, including the time he choked out Tiny Lister, hit the above clip.

The Beatles – Don’t Let Me Down

The Beatles 1 Video Collection is out now. Available on: http://www.thebeatles.com/

Written by John as an expression of his love for Yoko Ono, the song is heartfelt and passionate. As John told Rolling Stone magazine in 1970, “When it gets down to it, when you’re drowning, you don’t say, ‘I would be incredibly pleased if someone would have the foresight to notice me drowning and come and help me,’ you just scream.”

During filming on the roof of Apple, two days after the recording of the track, the band played ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ right after doing two versions of ‘Get Back’ and it led straight into ‘I’ve Got A Feeling’. Michael Lindsay-Hogg was once again directing a Beatles’ shoot. He and Paul met regularly at the tail end of 1968, while Hogg was directing The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus, to discuss the filming of The Beatles’ session in January. By the time that fateful Thursday came around, the penultimate day of January would be the last time The Beatles ever played together in front of any kind of audience.

This is not the version of ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ heard on the single but the version from the Let It Be… Naked album – a composite of both versions that were performed on the roof of Apple in Savile Row

‘Can’t Buy Me Love’ entered the UK singles’ chart at No.8 and the following week it knocked ‘Little Children ‘ by Billy J. Kramer with the Dakotas from the top spot, staying there for the next three weeks.

Work on the Rediffusion Television special in the UK, Around The Beatles took place while the Beatles were also filming A Hard Day’s Night, which rather aptly summed up the band’s lifestyle at this point. The show’s title dictated the creative angle for the programme in that The Beatles were filmed ‘in the round’. The producer was 32-year–old Jack Good, an innovator of TV pop shows for teenagers.

Not only was Around The Beatles to be filmed in front of a live audience, but the shoot would also be fairly complex, so it was decided that the band would mime to tracks that had been pre-recorded at IBC Studios in London.
